Part of the CSR family, our Masonry & Insulation Business Unit comprises of Bradford Insulation, PGH Bricks and Monier Roofing. We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications including a large range of products and systems that cover insulation, ventilation, solar, bricks and roof tiles.

The Opportunity

We have two excellent opportunities for enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Officers to join our friendly team at Scoresby. This position would ideally suit customer service professionals who have the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.

Duties/responsibilities

  • Providing a high level of service to customers via phone and email
  • Ensure that customer orders are accurately entered into the system
  • Fast and accurate online data entry of orders and invoices
  • General admin including invoicing and paying vendors
  • Build relationships and acquire expert knowledge of individual accounts
  • Contributing to new ideas and process improvement

Skills/experience

  • Experience within a customer service or call centre environment
  • High level of problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, calm and respectful under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent computer skills, SAP (preferred), Microsoft office package
  • Knowledge of Melbourne and the surrounding metropolitan area

Hours of Work:

Alternate week schedule (08:30 am - 05:00 pm week1); (7.30 am – 4.00 pm week2)
