This is a great opportunity for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team in a permanent salary position of 38 hours per week.

The Role

As the Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the marketing and communication of K&B Timber & Hardware, providing overall support of marketing activities and social media communication channels in line with Mitre 10 policies and processes and provide content for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of K & B Timber & Hardware’s social media and web presence
  • Roll-out and management of loyalty programs
  • End-to-end management of local area marketing campaigns
  • Manage supplier-based promotional campaigns
  • Organise company events
  • Preparation of board packs and strategy documents
  • Create and manage internal company communications including newsletters, weekly updates and digital content
  • Contribute to and manage staff and external customer communications
  • Manage and update company branding as required
  • Travel and working away from home on occasions as per event requirements
  • Adhere to administrative requirements

Required skills and attributes:

  • Experience of website content management systems and social media
  • Knowledge of email service providers such as Mailchimp and Survey Monkey
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office 365 suite, Adobe Creative suite)
  • Minimum 2 years marketing and communications experience
  • Ability to identify and prioritise requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Current drivers licence required
