We conduct all types of research – both qualitative and quantitative, alongside our growing workshop & consultancy offering. Most of our work is ad-hoc, though we also run a few large tracking studies

This innovative spirit means that we rarely do ‘simple’ projects anymore. Most of our work is strategic and we always have multiple workshops ongoing at any one time.

Duties and responsibilities

· Located in the Sydney OR Melbourne office you will report to the data operations manager.

· Project management and execution – including research, project evaluation process and data deliverables. This includes survey scripting, sample processing and management of data analysis.

· Systems Design and implementation – custom project digital infrastructure design to uniquely address clients’ challenges.

· Programming in multiple languages and software platforms (cloud and locally hosted) – these include advanced HTML5, CSS, JavaScript & JQuery, Perl & PHP scripting, MySQL, R code, etc.

· Software implementation and execution – CMIX, SPSS, InfoTools Harmoni, Vision6, Q analysis and DisplayR analytics software.

· Customised Digital Solutions – develop software application and coding solutions to allow data communication between a multitude of digital platforms and systems (online/offline).

· Dashboard development and deployment – design we based digital dashboards to dynamically report data findings.

Required Skills

· 2.5+ years’ experience at a Market Research agency in a digital data collection (survey programming) and analysis role.

· High accuracy with a close eye for detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Intermediate to advanced MS Excel experience is essential.

· Proficient with SPSS recoding and data manipulation.

· Experience with data analysis in Q software (Q research and DisplayR) is highly desirable

· Solid knowledge of web and data programming languages required (HTML5, CSS JavaScript, JQuery, R, Perl, MySQL etc).

· Ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment.

· Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time as producing a consistently high level of work.

· Ability to lead any project and execute all aspects of the project lifecycle in an efficient and controlled manner.
