The Opportunity

Due to consistent growth, my client is looking for an experienced Senior Leadership Consultant to join their dynamic team on a part-time basis, 3 days per week.

You will provide expert group facilitation, coaching and 360 degree feedback that engages participants and results in quality outcomes that meet our clients' individual and organisational needs, goals and expectations.

The role also involves providing HR & OD consulting to clients from time to time.

About You

You will have a clear understanding of and commitment to the principles of adult learning, coaching and leadership development, and a strong background in HR/OD.

You will be at the top of your game as a leadership facilitator and coach and have an ability to adapt your delivery to ensure your groups/individuals remain motivated and connected.

Only apply if you:

  • Have an extensive career background in leadership and HR/OD, have managed a team, and can draw on experiences from a variety of industry sectors
  • Are experienced working with both private sector and public sector clients and are equally comfortable & willing to work with any level of leader from new managers to the C-suite.
  • Have a demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships and win ongoing business, and are prepared to generate new business and follow up on sales leads
  • Are based in Sydney yet willing and able to travel nationally & regionally
  • Have relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or Adult Education along with
    additional qualifications such as a Cert IV in Training and Assessment or similar, a coaching certification, and are accredited in the LSI 360 tool and the MBTI
  • Understand & can apply the concepts of leadership development and neuroscience at an expert level
  • Know how to facilitate skillfully, elicit information from a group, manage group dynamics, engage a group and provide substance and credibility
  • Have availability 3 days per week and the ability to work extra days if required
  • Can research well, have excellent written communication skills and can develop training materials & programs and write reports as required
  • Are a continuous learner and can demonstrate a pathway of personal growth in your career and life
  • Have a passionate interest in helping leaders grow, and helping organisations improve their culture and business results
  • Are a health-orientated, energetic individual
