About the role...

As the Client Relationship Consultant you will provide high standards in person-centred plan management services to our clients to ensure they maximise the use of their funding and achieve their disability related goals. 

Major responsibilities include:

  • Act as a point of contact for clients
  • Support Clients in maximising the utilisation of their NDIS funding.
  • Contribute to the successful achievement of a high level of client satisfaction and retention
  • Provide general administrative support within a team

About You... 

Your values align to MPM. You believe in enabling people and want to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. You are comfortable using technology and building relationships with a diverse range of people.

As well as excellent interpersonal skills, you are a great problem solver and confident in assisting clients with their queries.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a role where high levels of customer service have been provided
  • Previous administrative experience with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and connect with clients to really understand individual needs
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Agile and flexible approach to meet changing demands
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel & Outlook
