Source: uWorkin

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your New Employer
Our client is a leading provider of behavioural therapy and allied health services in New South Wales and is one of the region’s most reputable NDIS providers. This business is proud to have the best of the best systems in place to support its clients. By joining this boutique company, you will have genuine input to making a difference to the community!

In this growing role, you will take over an existing portfolio of clients located throughout NSW, QLD, and VIC. You will coordinate support services for your clients and implement their NDIS plans.

What do we love about this role?

  • You will have genuine career progression, with business booming in QLD and the rest of the country in sight
  • You will get to work a true Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm role
  • You will be based in a gorgeous new office on Honeysuckle
  • Your team is amazing, no drama, just support and giggles all day
  • Your boss will have your back and shout you dinner, and a gym membership

What do I need to get the job?

  • A qualification relevant to the role, think social work, community services, education or mental health is ideal but not essential (however you need to be willing to obtain this)
  • Exceptional communication skills, not good – GREAT! You need to express empathy but be able to hustle. You will need to qualify, negotiate, investigate… all of the communicating. Written and verbal, your communications must be the whole package
  • You will ideally have experience in a similar support type role, or coordination experience with a yearning to get into the industry

To be considered for this role, please call Amanda Pointon 0479 086 148 or email [email protected]
