Residential Valuers for multiple options across Greater Melbourne for several different Australian Valuations firms. If you were interested in exploring what options may be out there, now is an excellent time with markets booming & multiple firms looking to augment their teams.

As a result, they require Valuers across the following patches:

  • Western Suburbs (Sunshine & surrounds)
  • Southern Suburbs (Dandenong / Cranbourne)
  • Brunswick through to Campbellfield
  • Camberwell & surrounds
  • Melbourne central.

The Valuations Work is primarily Residential Mortgage and Private Valuations with other Non-Mortgage work alongside Compulsory Acquisitions thrown into the mix.

Valuations volumes are good, with strong top & mid-tier panels across a very large portion of the market. Fees are stable and only increasing in volume, which offers you an excellent opportunity to fatten up your back pocket.

Salary Breakdown will depend on the role but could look like the following: 

  • Valuer, Senior or Associate Director roles available
  • Bonuses up to 50%
  • 11 month threshold calculation (no claw back) options
  • $170,000 - $130,000 OTE
