JOB DESCRIPTION

Property Valuers for a choice in patches for four different roles with the same Australian Valuation firm who’ve experienced an influx of work to kick off 2021.

The Valuation patches include:

  1. North side of Brisbane (Alderley to Strathpine)
  2. Redcliffe & surrounds
  3. Logan West (Incl. Yarrabilba & Jimboomba)
  4. Gold Coast

The firm is brimming with work with the valuations a good balance of Residential Mortgage & Private. There is also an option to lean into the Commercial side of the business if you are interested in working a mixed role, with the Commercial Valuations manager more than happy to oversee this.

The Details:

  • 6-10 jobs / day with the average fee $200+
  • Base ($80 - $110k) + Bonus (2.5x) 40-43% which is calculated monthly (no credit / debit). Most Valuers are earning bonuses of $2-4K Monthly.
  • On good bank panels including some elite work along with public trustee, privates & credit unions.
  • Admin team is very strong. There is an admin for every 2.5 valuers in this team. All your jobs are booked, saving you 2 hours of work a day to either not work so late, or maximise your earnings each month. 
  • Plenty of flexibility (you can essentially write your own job description). Want 3-5 days/week? More Private work? More Commercial?
