Work from home: 
After your initial 3 first months of being onboarded and learning the new systems, you have the choice to work from home up to 4 days per week. A privilege not all clients are giving but allows more time for yourself, your partner, kids whilst not commuting. 

Portfolio: 
Portfolios normally sit around 180 - They haven't worked a Saturday in 12 months. The Leasing Consultant is there to help. 
Support: You work as a Team & are never alone! Leasing Consultant, Admin/Accounts + Experienced Department Manager are all here to support you.

Paperless: 
They have been using a cloud base system for 3 years, so all the procedures are up to date and streamlined. 

Parking? YES 

The Candidate

  • A current Vic Certificate of Registration & VIC Drivers license
  • A minimum of 6 months working as an Assistant Property Manager or Ideally have held a portfolio previously 
  • Have the drive to want to work with like-minded people
  • High level of computer literacy ability to Learn Cloud Base System
