Experienced Administrator wanted for a Government organisation based in Mackay.

Your new company
We are currently recruiting for a Government organisation located in Mackay. This is a customer focused group looking for someone to join their high performing team and be a part of their continuous improvement.

Your new role
In this role your duties will include;

  • Building relationships with customers
  • Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries
  • High volume data entry, filling and archiving documents
  • Assisting with accounts receivable/ invoices and purchase orders.
  • Provide administrative support to staff as required
  • Sorting mail and postage

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need;
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing
  • Pre-existing administration background
  • Works well in high pressure environments
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills and ability to priorities workloads
  • High level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
