We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to work within the CEO's office to provide extremely high levels of administration support, to act as the gatekeeper, and to deal with sensitive and highly confidential information in an extremely professional manner.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An experience in a high-level corporate Executive Assistant role
  • An extensive experience in scheduling meetings, coordination of meeting papers, events and projects.
  • A warm, personable and engaging personality
  • An employment Working with Children's Check
  • A clear National Police Check

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

  • CEO Support & Executive Coordination
  • Provide support to the CEO to facilitate priorities and relationships with Executives and Board Directors
  • Manage special projects in accordance with the CEO's priorities and budget
  • Provide support to the Executive Team including the scheduling of meetings, coordination of meeting papers, events and projects.
  • Coordination and management of Board and Committee meetings and processes, including Annual General Meetings and any other meetings; including board and committee papers, circulation of agendas, minutes and discussion papers and proposals.
  • Assist in managing Board Activities and Events.
  • Other tasks as directed
