Full time temp opportunity, with a view to extension and permanency

Our client is now seeking passionate, enthusiastic & energetic customer service agents to join their exceptional service team! You will play an integral service role taking inbound calls to provide first contact resolution and support to their multinational customer base.

The Role:
Provide first call resolution to all customers;
Management of orders within strict timeframes
Working between internal departments to schedule services
Support customers via phone and email whilst providing up to date information on available products.

About You:
Fun, friendly & personable!
Confident communicator - able to explain complex information and get customers understanding;
Able to identify customers needs and make recommendations using your knowledge and system resources.
Focus on continuous improvement and commitment to meeting team targets and personal KPIS.
Experience working in fast paced/processing environments.
Successful candidates will work a 6-day rotational roster. You will rotate through the hours of 7am to 7pm working a 38hour week. Full time temporary contract - possibility of extension.
