About the Role:
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our newly formed Talent Acquisition team. Ideally you will have either agency and/or inhouse experience where you have developed skills and experience in supporting a busy team of Recruitment Consultants.
The role requires strong attention to detail, customer focus and the ability to work closely with the Talent Acquisition team - understanding and supporting them to meet their deadlines and priorities.
As the trusted ‘go -to' person for the Talent Acquisition team you will coordinate the recruitment, selection and appointment processes, including preparing and posting advertisements, maintaining timely management of position status on the applicant tracking system (Springboard), communication with candidates and distribution of selection documentation to hiring managers and the administration of background checks.

The successful candidate will have:
Experience as a Recruitment Coordinator and be able to provide support to internal clients and stakeholders on recruitment and selection processes.A strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems through to reporting functionality will be advantageous.
