Entry level Receptionist required for South Melbourne location - exceptional company culture

Your new company
This thriving, well established organisation based in South Melbourne have been dominating the market for over 100 years. Known for their supportive and exceptional company culture, along with career progression is on offer. Due to an internal promotion, they currently require an ambitious and personable Receptionist to start on a permanent basis.

Your new role

  • Answering / transferring incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Handling general customer enquiries and directing
  • Greeting visitors, sign in / sign out register
  • Management of all mail, couriers and transport providers
  • Raising electronic purchase orders
  • Document filing, organising, and archiving
  • Managing incoming supplier invoices
  • General administration duties

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position you do not require a wealth of experience, however, you will possess the following:
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and willing to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be highly approachable
  • Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanour
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Punctual, hardworking and dedicated to learning
  • *Prior experience working within a corporate office would be highly advantageous however not essential*
