We are seeking highly experienced, enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our team in Melbourne on a permanent basis. You will be working with the best in the industry and enjoying a variety of employee incentives including award-winning career development programmes.

About the Role
As the Administration Officer, you will support our General Manager, Operations Manager as well as the wider business as required.

You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate administrative support to enable achievement of desired outcomes across our business.

This role requires someone dynamic, collaborative, and reliable, who can understand the needs of the team and use initiative to get things done.

  • Provide administrative governance and support for Operations
  • Work closely with Operations Manager to create and maintain key processes
  • Update and maintain information within Planit’s business systems
  • Be the point of contact for timesheet queries, reconciliation and resolve issues
  • Assist with any travel requirements
  • Manage general enquiries by email, phone and face-to-face.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the business.
  • Maintain office, order supplies, coordinate deliveries etc
Mandatory Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative support role
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
  • Personal aptitude for attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Effective communication and time manage skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentially on information at all times
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload
  • A professional approach and positive attitude to your work
  • Be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
