JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead the change and communication stream for a key strategic project
  • Partner and play a pivotal role in the project team
  • Six month fixed term contract - North Lakes location

The Role
The Change and Communications Analyst is responsible for the development and delivery of targeted operational change & communications activities to ensure controls and cost outcomes of specified projects are achieved/exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute change activities and deliverables to support change delivery. This includes impact analysis, stakeholder identification and analysis, change readiness analysis, risk mitigation planning and change communications.
  • Build change initiatives in conjunction with the operational leadership team and project team. Maintain effective stakeholder relationships, acting to ensure that change is delivered in a way that embeds and engagement is maximised.
  • Support leaders with tools and templates that improves operational change capabilities.
  • Develop and implement plans to support C&A leadership team strategies, initiatives and changes.
  • Ensure the knowledge management components of the project are effectively delivered. This includes working with colleagues to ensure appropriate process and procedures are identified, captured, mapped, documented and used.


Essential

Knowledge & Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Superior communication skills, written and verbal
  • Confidence and ability to make decisions, whilst working with agreed frameworks
  • Analytical skills and high level of problem solving
  • A superior level of attention to detail and accuracy


Desirable
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in change management or business/people related field.
  • Understanding of the factors that influence the claims cost, effectiveness and service delivery
