Short Description

In the role of Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.


  • Work with Engine/Group/Team Engineers and QA Integration Coach to develop Functional test strategy for E2E or System Integration Tests.
  • Defining quality plans and metrics including planning test cycles (UAT, Integration, regression, etc.) and execution in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Participate in test planning and architect activities, understanding the requirements or features, write test cases detailing the steps referring to acceptance criteria
  • Consult and/or advocate test automation efforts through UI, Service or Unit layers. Prefer automation driven testing approach where feasible
  • BIlling testing experience (preferred Braintree), experience in Payment , Collection , Journals, Credit check
  • Knowledge of Order orchestration, preferred on Amdocs platform
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with engineers, Engine/Group/Team Engineers, Scrum Masters and Release Management.


  • You bring advanced skills and experience in software testing involving digital applications/platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, billing and fulfillment solutions e.g.
  • You act as SME when it comes to different test phases and types, with knowledge and experience in executing e2e functional tests where knowledge of Telecom stack is preferred
  • You are proficient when it comes to handling UI/API driven testing & automation, also have knowledge of toolsets used
  • You have knowledge and experience using up to date software development and quality practices, including test driven development, automated testing, continuous integration and continuous delivery.
  • You participate PI planning/ scope prioritization as required.
  • You participate in sprint showcase as required.
  • You conduct and participate in retrospectives.

· Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science or related discipline


· Practical experience of Infrastructure elements e.g. Data Centres, Network components (switches, routers, firewalls), MQ.

· Experience in Infra automation using scripting languages like (Shell/Python/Ruby)

  • Ability to understand the complex datacenter networking design and changes being implemented across firewall, switches, router devices.
  • Hands on experience on data center network implementation, impact assessments & testing.
  • Ability to define the test strategy and scope for datacenter networking changes & implementation
  • Closely working with different team and drive the testing across different tests covering configuration, connectivity and non-functional tests.
