The purpose of the Contract Coordinator role is to provide support across the Personal Injury Group business as part of the Strategy & Performance team, enabling EML to deliver on claims management service commitments effectively. The role is responsible coordinating contractual, financial, operational and administration support activities to ensure our contractual and legislative requirements are successfully met.

This will be a permanent position based in either the Sydney, Parramatta or Brisbane office.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination and administration support to all functions as required.
  • Coordination of operational support activities including payments, reconciliations, and management of queries.
  • Coordination of the monthly regulator data submission process for clients and managing data errors
  • Arranging client invoicing in line with contract terms, management of any invoicing queries and follow-up of outstanding payments.
  • Own the centralised inbox by responding to queries or forwarding queries and documentation to the correct stakeholders.

About You
  • Intermediate competency in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Superior time management and organisation skills to prioritise own responsibilities
  • Customer service and/or office experience
  • Providing high quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment
  • Prior experience in personal injury or workers’ compensation (preferred)
  • Knowledge of workers’ compensation systems and data (preferred)
  • Experience with financial processes including payments and reconciliations (preferred)
