The function of the Enterprise User Platforms Branch is to develop and build secure, highly available and scalable ICT infrastructure capability in the technical areas of Mainframes, Midrange, Data Networks, Data Centres, End User and Logistics.

This capability will be engineered to maintain ongoing alignment with Whole-of-Government service delivery strategies, to support delivery of priority projects and initiatives within the department, and to otherwise underpin achievement of the Technology Plan, the Strategic Plan and the Technology Plan outcomes.

This role is part of the Directory Services team. The successful candidates will work with the team to ensure the high availability of Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) services to support a range of applications and services for Services Australia staff, other Departments and Agencies), external customers and businesses. LDAP maintains customer access into the myGov portal.

Work Environment

Undertake after hours work as part of a rotational on call roster.
