About the role:

As a Transformation Enablement Manager your primary responsibility is to support the delivery of “Big Rock” strategic initiatives to ensure we deliver on our ambition is to be #1 in Customer Care in Australia. You will play a key role in helping the team mature in Agile by coaching teams in Jira, Agile values and Scrum practices.

You will use your knowledge of Agile to drive an exceptional delivery experience by working closely with the business and identify key areas for improvement that drive an increase in customer experience, are digitally inspired and have a reduction in operating costs that are aligned to both the company and business units' strategic goals.

To be successful in this role, you will execute key accountabilities with your strong program delivery experience, analytical skills and customer driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Transformation initiatives across Service business ensuring the Customer Care delivers on its AOP targets and objectives.
  • Lead a key strategic initiative or major workstream within the Customer Care or Digital Consumer
  • Drive a Customer Obsessed Culture – one customer at a time
  • Ensuring required Agile artifacts such as JIRA are being completed
  • Ensuring all initiative owners & team members are adhering to established Agile governance practices & frameworks
  • Help with the coaching on the use of Agile tools and methodologies such as JIRA, helping the team transform from a waterfall delivery model to Hybrid to finally an Agile way of working
  • Quality Assurance, adherence to established practices & project artefacts
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, Sprint planning and reviews, and Retros
  • Assist with the induction & training of all new team members

Experience Required

  • 5 years’ experience in Project / Program Management experience
  • Experience delivering or as a PO in Agile way of working with Agile preferably in scrum.
  • Delivered projects in a transformational environment with limited resources
  • Experience in an operational or finance/commercial role
  • Demonstrated ability and a proven record of working at Senior & Executive Management level.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of direct or virtual resources
  • Ability to collaborate with business leaders to influence transformation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personal styles and levels of management
  • Ability to challenge conventions and think differently
  • Strong Excel financial analysis skills
  • Intermediate level of competency in MS Office suite of products. 
  • Intermediate level of MS Project and/or other project planning tools.
  • Black Belt and/or Change Management qualification
