Customer Service Centre Consultant (Multiple Roles)

SPOTLESS has a great opportunity for multiple Customer Service Centre Consultants working, full time hours in our Narellan office.

Full training will be provided during business hours. After initial training (approx.2 months) the successful person may need to move to a later shift or weekend work.

As a key member of our growing team, you will be primarily responsible for:

  • Answering maintenance requests via phone, email and fax.
  • Liaising with internal and external customers.
  • Accurate and detailed data entry.
  • Reporting to the Service Centre Supervisors.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication, comprehension and spelling skills.
  • Polite telephone manner.
  • An enthusiastic outlook.
  • Flexibility to work outside business hours
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment.
