This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years customer service experience looking to build their marketing career, or for experienced Account Executives, Account Managers or Marketing Coordinators looking to sink their teeth into digital marketing. We're open to a range of experience levels but looking for someone truly passionate about helping their clients succeed and who wants to learn the all aspects of digital.

Reload Media are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic and confident to work directly with clients. You'll be the right fit if you are; a self-starter who can thrive in a busy agency environment, and loves working as part of a dynamic team. You'll be responsible for developing and leading the digital marketing strategy for your clients in conjunction with the wider team, making sure campaigns are reaching your clients' goals, as well as communicating the impact we are having back to our clients. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional client service ethos and go out of their way to build relationships and do what it takes to get results for our clients.

A typical day will see you working on a portfolio of clients from varying industries, bringing together their digital marketing campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work across an exceptionally vast scope, so be ready for no two days to be the same. This could be anything from SEO, PPC, digital media campaigns, content pieces, user experience, e-commerce and website strategies, landing pages and wider digital transformation projects.

Day to day you'll be working in a small team of 6-8 people (known internally at Reload as a ‘Pod') and this role is the ‘glue' of the team, so your natural organisational skills will see you keeping projects in check and have you staying across multiple projects at the same time. This role involves lots of communication so you'll have a natural aptitude for working with people and being a team player that does whatever it takes to get the job done.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Plan, brief and manage a range of campaigns across all digital channels
  • Developing well-researched, strategic digital strategies that will help your clients meet their objectives
  • Meet with clients, deliver presentations, run workshops, and provide digital recommendations
  • Leading all client communication across email, phone, face to face or any project management tools
  • Creating documents, briefs, proposals and other documents to the needs of your clients
  • Taking the lead on all project management for your clients and required outputs for all campaigns
  • Diving into data and analytics tools to provide research and reports on your client's insights on their campaign performance
  • Doing what it takes to get results for your clients - ie; writing copy, ads, making proactive recommendations etc
  • Oversee all of your client's digital activity and autonomously manage your own work and all deliverables

Who We're Looking For
  • Experience in customer service roles - Business to business or working with clients where you build ongoing relationships is highly regarded, but all customer service experience is considered
  • Have a tertiary qualification (or soon to be completed) in a relevant field. I.e. business, marketing, economics, communication or advertising
  • Can handle multiple clients, in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Confidence to walk into client meetings, presentations and pitches straight away
  • Strong business and marketing understanding to be able to develop digital marketing strategies for clients
  • A sense of accountability to be self-directed to research issues and solve problems
  • An organised, 'take charge' approach to manage projects with many moving parts
  • A clear written and verbal communicator, who demonstrates a close attention-to-detail - whether that's avoiding typos in emails/reports, to being able to ensure nothing is missed for a client.
  • Have a keen desire for a career in digital and can showcase this through their previous experience, volunteer work, projects and interests
