We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join Solahart's newest franchise in the Greater Gippsland region.

You will be responsible for:
  • Driving new leads via self-generated opportunities and referrals. We will provide some qualified leads with set appointments
  • Establishing and maintaining a strong rapport with all customers and potential customers
  • Local lead generation activities
  • Creating and following up on new leads - Business development
  • Maintaining a database of potential and existing clients
  • Achieving sales KPI's
  • Maintaining the CRM system and recording all documentation
  • Achieving high sales conversion rates
The ideal candidate:
  • Driven sales professional with strong sales experience of consumer products or services (essential)
  • Direct sales experience in the renewables sector (desired but not essential)
  • The skills and attributes to sell the "value", not the "price"
  • Confidence in "asking for the order"
  • Be able to complete after hours work (essential) and possibly weekends
  • Be prepared to adopt to the 'Solahart way'
  • Have a pleasant and professional attitude
  • Ability to create and maintain excellent rapport with our Solahart customers to make a GREAT impression
  • The successful candidate must hold a valid driver's licence and must ensure that they represent professionally.
  • This role requires solid time management and intermediate computer skills
