Community Operations Coordinator (Part-time)

As a Community Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for working directly with our customers. Every time a new customer comes on board we are asking them to do something completely new and we need talented people to educate, train and support them.

We're obsessed about providing our customers with the best possible experience on the Sidekicker platform and developing strong relationships with our customers. This will involve assisting customers as soon as they sign up with us, helping to answer any product or service questions, reporting and escalating issues, and acting as a bridge between our customers and our product.

We are looking for candidates to help with on a part-time basis with our 24/7 operation! The successful candidate will be required to work 3-4 days per week on an on-going basis!

Day-to-day the role entails

  • Report to the Community Operations Team Leader and support our customers with excellent customer service via email, web chat and phone
  • Become an expert in how Sidekicker works (training provided, of course)
  • Ensure our customers have a great experience with our product and service
  • Help Sidekicks through their profiles and inductions online
  • Assess video interviews to ensure each applicant is well suited to Sidekicker
  • Strive to delight our customers and help solve any issues
  • Escalate common customer issues and recommend solutions to the Community Operations Team Leader
  • Hours: Part-time - 3/4 days per week including public holidays and weekends.
  • Shift times: 7 pm-2am (hours may vary)
  • Location: Melbourne

The Community Operations team is responsible for educating and supporting our business and Sidekick customers across Australia and New Zealand. As soon as a customer decides to use Sidekicker, we guide them through their experience, ensuring they will get the most value from our product and service.

  • Works in a team environment whilst being self-driven
  • Passion for delivering exceptional support to customers within a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time management, prioritisation and follow-up skills
