Located in Mulgrave, you will maintain a portfolio of accounts and will work with the Category Analyst as the subject matter expert for the account. This is a customer focused position which requires broad strategic thinking, proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and requires sound judgement and decision making keeping while balancing the interests of the organisation and the customer.

This role is a fundamental role within the business and is the key voice in providing critical and detailed analysis and recommendations in order to keep the best-selling products on display to maximise sales potential and improve retail productivity.

Your Duties Will Include But Not Be Limited To

  • Monitor account category performance relative to Joint Business & JS Financial Plan and determine appropriate action
  • Perform market review, with category focus, to assess current trends and formulate new ideas for the display and future strategy
  • Identify opportunities to assist with the development of retail strategies
  • Prepare and build sample displays
  • Drive display performance with the ongoing management of everyday and seasonal displays in cooperation with Category Analyst

To be successful in this role, we would like you to have:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Economics or a related field
  • An FMCG / Consumer Products Background
  • Experience in an analytical role
  • Experience in planning displays
  • Practical experience developing and applying customer strategy principles and practices
  • Advanced use of Microsoft suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good presentation skills
