Job Description

As a Pluralsight Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager, you will be responsible for the regional ABM strategy and overall execution working with HQ and the regional team. You will manage the execution of account research, ABM program design and execution, and reporting. The role is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the ABM strategy and plan for the Region working with the field marketing and digital marketing teams
  • Provide research on accounts and account contacts within the relevant ABM tiers
  • Working with Field Marketing, ensure alignment with Rev Org (Sales, CSMs and BDRs) on campaign plan and joint success metrics
  • Prioritize and group accounts according to opportunity, buyer need, persona, solution and buying cycle
  • Oversee offer creation and determine the optimal tactic mix for named accounts for ABM 1:1 and same for ABM 1:few
  • Work with the Product Marketing and Content teams to align on GTM programs (ABM 1:many) and ensure regional approach
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, digital marketing and field marketing to define and establish campaign workflows
  • Working with Field Marketing, execute marketing programs on behalf of sales and show reps how to execute program elements on their own
  • Partner with content teams to provide campaign customization according to the analysis of buyer needs and pain points
  • Conduct A/B testing of messaging to improve response and conversion rates
  • Produce weekly reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization

What You’ll Own
  • Management of ABM programs, including account selection, account research and planning, leverage ABM and digital marketing technologies, as well as measurement and reporting
  • Drive personalization and scale focused on segments and personas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, field marketing, brand and portfolio marketing, product marketing, and digital marketing
  • Try new and creative tactics, develop 1:1, and 1: few programs designed to penetrate targeted accounts
  • Provide data and insights on target accounts, as well as creating new contacts within these accounts
  • Ensure that each activity is tracked and measured. Report on performance with a focus on pipeline and ROI. Utilize data and dashboards to inform future programs and investments

Experience You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a SaaS-based B2B demand generation or ABM role or combination
  • Proven track record designing and executing innovative account-based marketing programs
  • Experience with Marketo, Engagio, Sendoso and Salesforce.com a plus
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate well with others
  • Data-driven & extremely organised
  • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Experience working with third party vendors and building key performance metrics
  • Meeting tight deadlines
