Fraser’s Medical Tuition is seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help in the growth of its products and services. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder with a strong willingness to learn new skills. The successful candidate will be creatively inclined and one who can proactively seek out creative solutions to emerging opportunities.

Founded in 2010 off the back of Dr Scott Fraser’s highly successful GAMSAT preparation courses, Fraser’s Medical Tuition has grown to include a dynamic team with a breadth of diverse skill sets, focused on helping students be the best they can be. Over the years, we’ve grown to accommodate students from all academic backgrounds & proficiencies.

This is a national role, so it is expected that the successful candidate is competent in managing a national portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound processes both in-person and remote
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company’s contract guidelines and policies
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
  • Consistently develop new ideas around ways we could work with our partners.
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
  • Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
  • Plan and organise events with partners
  • Plan and organize events end-to-end, with attention to financial and time constraints
  • Evaluate event and partnership success and submit reports to the Marketing Director.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous working experience as an Outreach and Partnerships Officer
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant field
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
