About Investor Sales

NAB Investor Sales is part of the Markets business and manages the deposits and investor relationships of the larger customers sitting across the broader NAB C&IB, niche Business / Private clients, including direct intermediary’s.

It supports the bank’s requirement of raising deposits to fund the operations of NAB. Our client base is largely multi-banked, knowledgeable and informed counterparties who seek investment solutions.

About the role

Working in the Perth Dealing Room, the Analyst role will assist in management and executing of our customer term deposit needs. The role has a high degree of direct client interface and deal execution/administration. Key attributes will include the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner, to be efficient in workflow management, and work in a team based environment, including spot and referral in other market asset classes.

Your key responsibilities will include although not limited to:

  • Day to day management of the Term Deposit client base (inbound sales and selected outbound sales calls)
  • Trade input
  • NAB Stakeholder Management
  • MIS Data Analytics
  • Customer on-boarding
  • Assist with the smooth running of the team by following up on inquiries and liaising with product areas, dealers, bankers, clients and operations as required.

About you

The successful candidate will be self-starter with a desire to work in Financial Markets, and have a strong background in efficient workflow management. You’ll have experience working in a fast paced and pressurised environment whilst displaying excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to interact with key stakeholders across the organisation. Relevant tertiary qualifications and an existing understanding of customer needs will be highly regarded.
