We are recruiting for professional & experienced Chefs who hold a great attitude, work ethic, and a genuine love of food and service. Opportunities from one day to ongoing.

  • We also have interstate opportunities available where accommodation, duty meals, and travel time is paid for.
If you hold a great attitude and are a team player, can work under pressure, hold exceptional experience across a la carte, clubs, aged care, and functions, combined with a passion for food and service, we would love to hear from you.

Your culinary skills and attitude are what sets you apart from the rest, you thrive on variety and you have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Due to the high-profile nature of some of our clients, you may require a WWVP clearance and/or Police Check.

Aged Care: you must hold a WWVP or Police Check and have had a flu shot and be able to provide a copy.

As a Temp Chef you will need:
Minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Clear understanding and adherence to hygienic practices and food handling (HACCP)
Your own fully equipped and up to date tool kit including a full set of knives
CLEAN White long-sleeve Chef Jacket (no missing buttons)
Chef Pants
Apron (and spares)
Safety Shoes or Boots non-slip with reinforced toe (runners NOT acceptable)
Skull Cap or Chefs Hat
