We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Miranda. This will be a diverse and interesting role, allowing you the opportunity to learn and work across multiple areas of our business.

In this role, you will be required to implement and maintain a number of new processes and procedures across the different parts of the business. Organisational skills, high attention to details and taking ownership of your role will be key to your success. You will also provide administration support to the State Management team.


To be successful in this position, you will need to be a motivated individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude. We will require you to possess:

  • A detailed knowledge of PC’s office suite, including skills in Word, Excel, Publisher and Access
  • Experience working with an invoicing platform (Advanced Business Manager or Vision will be highly regarded)
  • Confidence communicating with customers on the phone
  • The ability to compile, analyse and present data into meaningful reports
  • Attention to detail

  • Highly organised and great time management skills
  • Be multi-skilled and able to prioritise when dealing with multiple tasks
