An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Analyst to join our Finance team, reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager. The role involves preparation of timely and accurate reporting to facilitate periodic review of business performance, forecasting and annual budgeting process, as well as supporting the business with adhoc analysis and business cases preparation. As a great communicator and natural collaborator, you will thrive on partnering with business Leaders to provide insights and enable informed the decision-making process.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive reporting experience, including the ability to generate reports in a timely and accurate manner whilst generating relevant insights and analysis
  • Experience in budgeting process, including budget cascading of top-level sales & expenses budget into multiple cost centre budgets.
  • Expertise in financial modelling, including experience in developing a new budget model or other financial models from scratch
  • Confidence in navigating and manipulating large sets of data and complex spreadsheet.
  • Confidence in presenting financial information and insights to branch managers, divisional leadership, Executives, and the MDs.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills including ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders

We seek a genuine and driven individual with:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills including ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders
  • Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce or Economics
  • A minimum of 4+ years commercial analyst experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Tm1 & Power BI preferable.
