Reporting to the Regional Sales Director you will,

  • Be responsible for NSW sales of the entire range of PSG Dover products
  • Understand the NSW markets we operate in and how our products and services can fulfil these
  • Develop and implement channel and end user marketing strategic plans and goals to increase market share and profitability of products and services.
  • Prepare action plans to identify targets, contacts and opportunities.
  • Prepare and provide quotations and solutions tailored for specific customer needs
  • Train and be proficient with products and services.
  • Consistently achieve a high volume of activity and monthly sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide product knowledge and technical support to a diverse customer base
PSG Ebsray Requires a Highly Motivated Sales Professional With
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, skills above average customer service and communication skills, and be technologically proficient, including the use of relevant engineering tools
  • Possess ability to communicate technically with end-users and hence engineering or technical qualification is a must.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and be able to communicate technical concepts, system designs, program strategies, and tactics clearly
  • Proficient in all levels of sales process: prospecting, strategy development, quoting, negotiating and closing an opportunity
  • Ideally, the successful applicant will have experience in the pump industry however a person with sales experience in related industrial products such as compressors, blowers, valves, hydraulics will be considered
This diverse role is suited to a self-motivated individual who can work autonomously as well as within a team environment. The successful applicant will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a senior sales role. They will likely possess a relevant degree, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and be able to travel up to 60% of their time
