About the role…

Reporting to the Planning & Communications Manager the main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Responsible for the day to day releasing of orders
  • Control all order planning administration functions including emails, liaising with customer service, commercial and DC management.
  • Control all daily schedule customers including work release and allocations.
  • Manage and maintain the Export process from order releasing to dispatch.
  • Work with the PM Planning & Communications Coordinator daily to ensure a complete and smooth shift change over occurs.
  • Liaise with Customer Service and the onsite transport team to ensure smooth running of daily tasks.
  • Ensuring a high level of effective departmental planning.
  • Occasionally required to support other functions within the admin team to include DC Support.
  • Maintain effective communications to ensure successful operation of the site.
