About The Role
Role Location: Melbourne or Sydney
Role Type: Permanent, Full Time (3 x Opportunities Available)

As an Initiative Lead, your mission will be to ensure one or more major initiatives within Australia Business Transformation (e.g. Leveraged Functions / Product) are delivered successfully and meet the intended design, schedule and commercial outcomes to shape the direction of our customer and colleague experience during integration.
You will develop a plan for the delivery of the initiative and drive high quality outcomes across squads and business areas - develop the initiative plan and schedule, manage the initiatives backlog, prioritisation of work and retain visibility of contributing squads. Moreover, you will partner with our business and technology teams to achieve the initiative's objectives while managing plans, risks, issues and maintaining visibility of progress during the initiative.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
  • Proven track record in program management with a strong execution mindset and pragmatic approach to delivery in a complex environment
  • Experience working in an Agile environment to deliver change and enhance the customer experience
  • Extensive experience in integration and change at business leadership level, with in-depth understanding of supporting functions such as Legal, Procurement, Risk, Audit, and Technology
  • Experience in areas like distribution, operations, digital transformation and / or complex business integration
  • Demonstrated leadership ability; empower and inspire the team to deliver
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of the business
