Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to take a step up and align yourself with a premium, multi-award-winning agency?

Our client is a prestigious and respected business based out of a designer office on Sydney's Upper North Shore. An opportunity has now become available for an experienced Property Manager to join this powerhouse team. This is a rare and exciting chance to join a well-established, premium business who are renowned as the employer of choice on the Upper North Shore.

The Position

In the role of Senior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage an immaculate portfolio of approximately 150 properties
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants and develop relationships
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance and liaise with tradespeople
  • Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections and routine inspections
  • Oversee rent reviews and manage arrears
  • Tribunal preparation and attendance as required
The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Property Manager will have:
  • Previous experience in property management is essential - minimum of 3 years
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Exemplary negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • First class communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • A natural rapport builder who loves building and nurturing relationships
  • Immaculate personal presentation is a must - you will be dealing with high profile clientele
  • Ideally an Upper North Shore local who knows the area and demographic well
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
