What you'll be doing

The Benefits Analyst, is involved with the full life-cycle of benefits realisation relating to the Fusion program (including the State-wide Laboratory Information Management System and associated projects in scope). The Benefits Analyst will focus on implementing the benefits realisation plan. This role engages with stakeholders (including benefits owners) across NSW Health Pathology and Local Health Districts / Speciality Health Networks to support and drive the monitoring and evaluation of benefits related activities for the Fusion Program, as well as analysing and presenting findings to key stakeholders.

Relevant tertiary qualifications, or working towards attaining, and/or experience in the acquisition, analysis, interpretation and reporting of complex data to various stakeholder groups.

Demonstrated highly competent computer skills and knowledge and understanding of reporting tools and/or Business Intelligence solutions.

Highly-developed analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to analyse and interpret health care data from numerous sources, and the ability to develop high quality user friendly reports and dashboards.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present complex technical information to a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior NSW Health Pathology executives.

Superior interpersonal and consultation skills and demonstrated experience in engaging with key stakeholders to achieve optimal business outcomes.

Demonstrated experience in running workshops, analysing information and providing advice and insight to key stakeholders for benefits realisation.

Ability to work independently as well as effectively collaborate with others from a diverse range of stakeholders, sharing lessons learned across teams/units.
