Digital Home Loan Specialist

As a
Digital Home Loan Specialist
, you are a member of a high performing digital home loan sales team, you will have direct contact with CUA Home Loan customers sourced through our online application portal and delivered to you with objective of converting these enquiries to fully funded loans. You will communicate with members both via phone and digitally to achieve your objectives.

You will review all applications lodged by our customers for completeness and prepare applications for submission for credit assessment. Your role requires a high attention to detail and application of CUA’s credit policy requirements. Our members are at the heart of everything we do so you will be excited to use our suite of digital tools and touch points to provide these members with a world class lending experience.

Experience Essentials
  • Two plus years’ experience in a financial services process including face to face interactions with customers.
  • Demonstrated home lending experience in either a sales, service or credit capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a Contact Centre, Banking, Broker or other phone-based role.
  • Experience working with financial products and achieving Home loan sales targets.
  • Experience working across multiple systems or technology platforms to deliver efficiently.
  • Proven time management, problem solving, negotiation and organisational skills – a positive self-starter
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
