JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is one of the largest food businesses in Australia. They deliver a wide range of fresh, frozen and dry products.

They are currently looking for a QA Officer for a desk role managing their supplier's list and maintaining all required documentation.

You Will Be Responsible For The Following

  • Maintaining, review, and updating of completed documentation and records.
  • Updating online portal with information from suppliers around product pictures and specifications.
  • Identify and report on potential and actual food safety and quality risks.
  • Review production records and documentation.
  • Contact suppliers regarding ingredient or packaging non-conformances.
  • Assisting with the development of company policies, processes and procedures.
  • Providing departments with quality planning and support.
  • Conducting or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions.
  • Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation.


Requirements
  • Food Technology or Bachelor of Food Science.
  • Experience in QA and compliance with FMCG.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Software knowledge
