The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Health Care Professional Sales Representative to join the team. The territory is a 12 month maternity leave contract and will cover Perth Metro. The focus of the role is to call on healthcare professionals within Oral care to drive appropriate recommendation of GSK brands and you will be joining a high performing and friendly team healthcare experts working in the field across ANZ.

About You

You may be from a healthcare background or sales. A dental nurse, hygienist or a recent healthcare graduate who is looking for experience. You will be self-driven, persistent and a problem solver who can work independently as well as part of a team. Your ability to establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships with the ability to influence and persuade will be pivotal in your success in the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling messages tailored to the needs of Healthcare Professional’s within your assigned territory
  • Deliver a high standard of product knowledge and confidence when dealing with customers.
  • Collaborating with the pharmacy division and conducting trainings in target stores.
  • Execute brand priorities/objectives as set out in each sales cycle.
  • Ensure all calls and customer records are recorded accurately in electronic database daily to the highest standards with a focus on accuracy.
  • Take ownership and total accountability to cover an assigned regional territory as required
  • Plan, execute, review and refine territory management plans including customer coverage, key customer management, sample and literature management and time management.
  • Compulsory attendance and active participation at HCP&E Sales Team cycle meetings and annual national business meetings, as well as on time completion of all assigned training plans.
  • Actively participate in trade shows/exhibitions and conferences as required, using the opportunity to develop stronger relationships with dental professionals in and out of territory.
