About You

You will be a proactive sales leader with a background in relationship management, always looking for the next opportunity to grow your market share by seeking out opportunities for growth with-in new and existing customers. You’re a confident networker, a proven people leader and take ownership of your market vertical.

What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like

The purpose of the National Manager - Growth is to design, implement and execute a business growth strategy for the commercial white-collar business segment focussed on both existing key national accounts and new business wins. This includes strong Internal and External engagement at Senior Business levels.
  • Lead the development of portfolio strategy, policies, processes and plans in consultation with key stakeholders
  • Monitor performance against key sales/account management activities, identifies areas of concern and implements corrective actions
  • Develops strategies to grow business in existing and new markets
  • Coaches and develops management teams in the application of the sales/account management principles, policies and processes
  • Ensure there are effective sales processes and systems in place to always develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Take a highly visible lead role in the pursuit of new business opportunities on a national level with major companies, and in the ongoing development of - relationships with existing customers
  • Invest the time to truly understand our customers so that we can be the best at delivering great value

Required skills and experience needed to get your opportunity at PERSOLKELLY:
  • Recruitment industry experience with a sales and account management track record is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Proven background as a team player and creating high performing teams by motivating and inspiring employees to achieve business objectives
  • Maintains an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
  • Demonstrated ability with balancing sales and customer service skills

This role reports to the Executive General Manager at PERSOLKELLY Australia. This role will require a strong physical presence in Sydney or Melbourne with the potential of occasional interstate travel. Apply now.
