We are currently seeking an experienced Employee Relations person who is interested in providing excellence in HR advice and is available immediately for a short-term assignment. The successful candidate will be passionate, trustworthy, flexible and innovative.

You'll be an energised individual who is open to new exciting challenges and able to handle high volume ER cases in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Providing Employee Relations advice and guidance to Line Managers
  • Ensuring HR policies are applied throughout the organisation ensuring sound employee relations are promoted and facilitated
  • Supporting employees and managers with Employee relations processes i.e case management, misconduct processes, disciplinary processes, performance management, ER queries
  • Coordinate and conduct investigation on any grievances or disputes that may arise
  • Create and deliver any training materials when needed
  • Document and maintain Employee Relation records and ensure compliance is followed
  • Provide organisation support and assist line managers with other adhoc areas when needed
About You

To be successful in these roles you must have:
  • Solid HR experience as well as a specialist calling for ER
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building
  • The ability to advise on general HR enquiries (i.e. interpreting HR policies, procedures etc)
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • The ability to respond under pressure to fluctuating circumstances
  • The ability to manage high and diverse workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A good understanding of HR systems with the ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly
