What's your mission?
As a Program Planner within our Australian Business Transformation, your mission is to work across multiple work streams to gather data, update program schedule and develop reliable schedule forecasts. You will co-ordinate and continuously improve on the quarterly planning process, leading and maintaining an integrated view of critical dependencies, to recommend and implement modifications to enable the program to improve effectiveness and attain key milestones.
To succeed in this role, you will have a strong understanding of agile delivery.

What will your day look like?
The Program Planner will work at the program level to monitor and analyse program effectiveness using qualitative and quantities tools, oversee schedule and risk management plans, prepare short and long term resource allocation plans and prepare and present regular internal reporting for management. You will collaborate closely with Initiative Leads to develop and maintain a baseline schedule and integrated view, to educate in methods to ensure program continuity and completeness, to coordinate and continuously improve the quarterly planning process and to manage to quota and stretch goals including proposing opportunities to close any identified gaps.
Whilst the role is not a key people manager, it is a key leadership role, galvanising the Initiative Leads around a vision and supporting them to successfully deliver value at pace.
