Your new role
As an inbound/ outbound Broker response team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and bringing your unique personality to every call. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • First point of contact for mortgage customers, brokers, solicitors to resolve settlements enquires
  • Following up with NAB bankers, brokers and solicitors if documents are completed incorrectly or further clarification is required.
  • Efficiently navigating through a variety of banking systems tools.
  • Cross train in SBL also – settlement booking line
This position is a full time temporary assignment paying $28.86 per hour plus super. Your working week will be from Mon - Fri between the hours of 9am - 6pm.

What you'll need to succeed
  • • Experience working in customer service or contact centre roles
  • • Previous experience working in a high pressure, fast paced environment
  • • Proven communication skills, the ability to connect with customers and to assist them with their queries
  • • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • • Someone who enjoys linking in with customers over the phone to build relationships
