About The Role

Sylvanvale is seeking an experienced Service Planning Administrator to manage the day to day planning of the team. This will include general admin tasks, including but not limited to reviewing and managing diaries of staff and regular review of tracking for customers and their upcoming planning meetings. The role is required to oversee and action schedule of supports for our participants as well as build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

This role is a Maximum-Term Contract.

What you need to be successful in the role

  • You will have experience in disability planning or come from a planning background in another industry
  • Qualifications in Social Work, Allied Health, Case Management or equivalent experience would be desirable
  • Understanding of NDIS, NDIA and CoS/DSOA processes and provider requirements
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • High level analytical and report writing skills
  • A customer focused attitude that is conducive to supporting the delivery of customer outcomes
  • Experience working with a customer management system/database, desirable to have experience in Carelink+ specifically
Mandatory Requirements
  • Current Unrestricted NSW drivers’ licence
  • Current Working With Children clearance or the ability to obtain
  • Cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check or the ability to obtain
  • Cleared Police Clearance
  • A capacity to meet the physical requirements of the job, including driving and remaining in a seated position to perform tasks.
