About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Communications Advisor (Graphic Design). This position is a part-time roster (3 days per week) that may be extended to full time depending on requirements. The Communications Advisor will contribute to marketing and communication campaigns across print, online and digital platforms, ensuring they align with business priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver effective design services and solutions across multiple digital, video, animation and graphic design platforms

Design, layout and produce a range of communication material, including but not limited to, flyers, fact sheets, newsletters, plans, reports etc to effectively communicate with stakeholders

Provide advice, liaise and build relationships to develop and support the implementation of marketing strategies and policies

Use a variety of graphic design, video and webcast packages to develop integrated marketing and communication products that comply with corporate visual identify and style and ensure stakeholder needs are best met

Arrange and coordinate the procurement of marketing and communication products and services from external contractors and suppliers

Research, purchase, commission and take photographs to use in communication material

Skills and Experience:

Industry experience and knowledge of design software packages (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Premiere)

Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or similar field; or equivalent industry experience

Experience developing a range of printed material for a large corporate or government organisation

Capacity to work in a high volume, customer service environment

Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
