Due to growth, an exceptional opportunity has now become available for an experienced Business Development Manager to join this business based in their office on the Upper North Shore. This is a dream role where your key mandate will be to develop strong client relationships and grow their highly established rent roll.

The Position

In the role of Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with developing client relationships and expanding the existing rent roll. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop strong relationships with landlords
  • Find and convert incoming leads from the sales team
  • Prospect for new business
  • Conduct comparable market analysis and advise on market rents
  • Meet with landlords to secure new business
  • Attend networking events to establish key relationships
The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Business Development Manager will be highly motivated and a natural relationship-builder. In particular, you will have:
  • Previous real estate experience in either business development, property management or sales is essential
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
  • Highly driven and motivated by success
