This role of Subject Matter Expert - Residential (Audit/Compliance) is to assist in the co-development and design of business improvements and helping to engage the business in the change and training components of the 2030 project.

The Subject Matter Expert - Audit and Compliance will support the informing and selection of a best practice standards audit platform for Blue Care Services, and assist to inform best practice requirements for embedding an effective audit model, to lift and improve processes to support Blue Care within the changing landscape of Aged Care. Their work will assist to ensure the audit methodology and outcomes supports all Blue Care services to stream line and support improved audit management for Blue Care.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work collaboratively with the project team to assist in the identification of audit program development and implementation of best practice, scalable and improved business processes.
  • Assist the project to revisit and review process maps to match future state/ work instructions / training needs and training content.
  • Provide recommendations for procedural improvements
  • Supports validation and testing of the solution by evaluating it for accuracy, usability and provides feedback.
  • Work alongside the Change Lead and Regional representatives to embed the change, develop training materials and tools.
About you:

In order to succeed in this role you will possess:
  • An in depth knowledge of relevant legislation, compliance and best practice operational processes
  • Demonstrated previous experience within the Residential Service offering
  • Advanced expertise in Residential data entry and understanding of the RMS (Clinical / People Point) system
  • Extensive knowledge of Blue Care Residential business processes
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at any level of an organisation
