The Opportunity:

We have a permanent position available for an experienced Administrator to join our Data Management team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating and maintaining client data held in the Firms primary systems ensuring the accuracy of the data.

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a data entry/administration role ideally within legal/ professional services environment
  • Good technical ability in MS Office suite including Word, Powerpoint & excel
  • Research skills and an exceptional eye for detail
  • Strong analytical and organization/time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and to demonstrate good judgment and business awareness
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels across the firm
  • A proactive and flexible attitude
