Change Design Manager | Delivery Focused | Hands On Position | Drive Change Through Employees

Your new company
Large Government organisation is looking for a to join them in an ongoing contract. Based in the CBD this role is ideal for an experienced Business Change Design Manager.

Your new role
In this role you will be a key member of the program team and are responsible for the effective delivery of the change. You will provide guidance and support to the staff undertaking the change and work with the supplier to ensure thorough training needs analyses are performed. Further, you will review and provide feedback to the supplier for all contractual training materials to ensure completeness and fit for purpose. You will ensure the supplier provides timely updates for process and training delivery materials as required and facilitate the communication and distribution of these materials to impacted parties. Other requirements include tracking training scheduling within each team to ensure 'just in time' delivery and high take-up, as well as, applying continuous improvement mechanisms to enhance organisational change delivery after each of the go-live events.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this role you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in managing complex multi-disciplinary change projects from an organisational change perspective. You will lead by example with a hands on approach, have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to resonate with employees. You will be required to demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and communication skills to establish and maintain professional relationships to support and benefit the project.
