Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • full end-to-end recruitment function,understanding the job brief, advertising, sourcing, building talent pipelines, phone screening, organising, and conducting interviews for our roles across Australia
  • additional field support during peak times for high volume recruitment
  • creating and maintaining strong internal partnerships for strategic planning
  • maintaining substantial retention rates
  • optimising internal candidate IT systems

The Successful Applicant

To be successful as the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will need:

  • 1-2 years recruitment experience, preferably end-to-end
  • ability to communicate business goals with senior managers
  • multi-task, prioritise and manage stakeholder expectations
  • strong initiative and resilient in sourcing
  • keen attention to detail in written and verbal communications
  • prior experience with LiveHire or similar systems preferred
